The factory contact is the expensive part. It's the cheap part.
I'm Jordan Lewis, COO of Importivity. I hand out factory contacts free on Instagram because the contact is 10% of the job. The other 90% (the pricing benchmark, the tariff angle, the QC plan, the backup country) is what decides whether your product makes money. That 90% is what 60 minutes with me unlocks.
4 QUESTIONS · PERSONALIZED NEXT STEP · $100 REFUNDED ON YOUR FIRST PROJECT DEPOSIT
You accepted the first reasonable quote. Here's what that costs.
Across 1,000+ factory relationships, the pattern repeats: operators who never benchmarked are paying 15% to 32% over market. Slide to your annual materials spend and look at the number.
If I give factories away free, why pay anything?
Because the contact is the easy part. Here's the work that actually scales a brand, and where I sit on each side of the line.
What I share on social
Real factories. Real products. Real interviews from the floor. No commission, no kickback, no catch.
What I do for clients
A 20-person team handling every link in your supply chain across 7 countries. I run strategy personally. My team executes daily.
Sourcing your first product? Use my Instagram. It's free and it's good. Scaling a real business past $100K in spend? That's what the strategy call is for.
60 minutes. Six deliverables. One clear next step.
This isn't a sales pitch with a calendar link at the end. It's a working session. Bring a product, a target landed cost, and any quote on the table. We diagnose where the money is leaking and map the path forward.
A factory category map
Which country, region, and factory type fits your product. Which “factories” are dressed-up trading companies adding 12 points of margin for forwarding your emails.
A pricing benchmark at your volume
What good actually looks like, so you stop signing quotes blind. One client learned his supplier was 32% over market. It took 4 minutes.
The tariff angle most operators miss
HTS reclassification, country-of-origin restructure, First Sale rule. We've recovered six figures in duties on a single call.
A line-by-line critique of your setup
Bring your spec pack, BOM, or current quote. I'll show you exactly where it's leaking margin and what to fix first.
A next step in writing
With me or without me. You leave with a written action plan, not a vague “let's circle back next week.”
An honest fit assessment
If we're wrong for your project, I'll say so on the call and usually route you to someone better in my network. Either way, you win.
The $100 is refunded on your first project deposit.
4 questions. Then I'll tell you exactly what to do next.
If you're ready to scale, you'll land on my calendar. If you're still early, I'll point you at free resources so you don't burn budget you don't have. Honest routing, both directions.
Where are you in your sourcing journey?
No wrong answers. This just tells me which version of help fits.

I'd rather be honest now than waste your hour. This is the filter I run before I take a call.
Not just me. A 20-person team across 7 countries.
You get the team I've built across China, Vietnam, Mexico, India, Pakistan, Japan, and the USA. Every link in the supply chain is owned by someone who lives where your product gets made. I stay personally involved at strategy. My team handles execution day to day.

Real founders. Real production runs.
“Jordan helped turn my prototype into a product generating millions in sales. He resolved quality and tariff challenges before they caused disruption.”
“Jordan helped take our floating mat from concept to full production in three months, after I spent two years spinning my wheels. Locked us in with one of the largest foam producers in the world.”
“Jordan is the G.O.A.T. when it comes to product sourcing. We developed 36 variations of an LED grow light and ended up with patent-pending technology.”
“Jordan's my go-to for commercial construction BOMs. Saved us $40K on screen doors while delivering quality better than anything I've seen in the States.”
“Great resource for our sourcing needs in Vietnam. Reliable guidance and strong results throughout the entire process.”
“Hired Jordan to source products, ended up getting our packaging design too. What would have cost thousands landed in my inbox the same day.”
“We came to Jordan with an AI-powered kids' toy concept. His team handled the electronics, soft goods, and prototype build like their own project. First working sample blew us away.”
“Jordan took our patent-pending pollination concept from a rough sketch to a production-ready prototype faster than I thought possible. Saved us from at least three expensive mistakes.”
Things people ask before booking.
If you're on the fence, one of these is probably the reason. Here's the answer I'd give you on a call.
Why $100 if it's just refunded later?
It's a filter, not revenue. The $100 removes the people who aren't serious. Operators ready to invest don't blink at $100, and the fee guarantees we both bring real work to the call. If we move forward together, your deposit is applied directly to your first project. If we don't, you got 60 minutes of real strategy for less than dinner.
What if you can't help me?
I'll tell you on the call. If we're wrong for your project, I'll often send you to someone better in my network. You still get the 60 minutes of strategy and a written next step. The fee was the filter to get serious operators in the room, not a guarantee I'd take the work.
How is this different from a sales call?
A sales call ends with “let's get on a follow-up.” A strategy call ends with a written plan you can execute, with or without me. We open your spec, your BOM, your current quote, and go through it line by line. By minute 30 you'll have benchmarks. By minute 60 you'll have a path forward.
I already have a factory. Why do I need this?
Most operators are quietly leaving 15% to 32% on the table because they accepted the first competent quote and never benchmarked. We can spot it in 4 minutes by comparing your unit cost against what we're seeing across 1,000+ factory relationships. If you're already competitive, I'll tell you and we'll spend the time on tariff strategy or QC instead.
How fast can we actually move?
Production runs typically start within 60 to 90 days of the call. Sample procurement is usually 2 to 4 weeks. If you have urgency (a tariff change, a launch date, a PO falling through), say so on the call. We've built supply chains under 30-day pressure before.
Do you work with my product type?
Probably. Our team has shipped consumer products, building materials, electronics, soft goods, food packaging, custom OEM goods, and industrial equipment across 7 countries. If your product is unusual, take the 60-second fit check. We'll know in a minute.
Is my IP safe? I'm worried about copies.
Yes. We run NDAs and NNN agreements (the version that's enforceable in Chinese courts) with every factory on the shortlist before any drawings are shared. For higher-risk designs we also compartmentalize: no single factory sees the full product.
60 minutes. Real strategy. $100, refunded when we start.
Bring a product, a target landed cost, and any quote you have on the table. We'll find the savings, the right supplier, and the real opportunity. With me or without me, you leave with a written plan.
