Importivity owes no duty to disclose the internal composition of its pricing, its arrangements with suppliers, or the structure of its compensation beyond what is set out in that executed agreement.

Importivity may reference, introduce, or connect users with third-party manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, or other service providers.

Importivity does not manufacture products and is not responsible for the actions, performance, quality output, or regulatory compliance of any third party. Importivity may act as a commercial principal in its transactions with third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

Manufacturer and supplier identities, where disclosed, are disclosed under the terms of the applicable engagement, which may include mutual non-circumvention and confidentiality obligations. Any direct engagement with third parties outside the scope of an Importivity engagement is at your own risk.
