Product Development Specialist

We help turn ideas into shelf-ready products. You'll work closely with clients and manufacturers to bring new product concepts to life, from sketches and CADs to samples and full-scale production, ensuring products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with market goals.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand product concepts, specs, materials, and use cases
- Translate client vision into factory-ready briefs, tech packs, and visual references
- Source and evaluate manufacturers based on capability, tooling needs, and complexity
- Oversee sampling timelines, quality feedback loops, and cost refinement
- Coordinate with sourcing, QA, and logistics to prepare products for production
- Provide clients with clear updates, visuals, and recommendations
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in product development, industrial design, or manufacturing
- Able to read CAD files, sketches, and packaging mockups
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Hands-on with samples, revisions, and production runs
- Collaborates well across sourcing, QA, packaging, and logistics
- Resourceful and timeline-driven with global suppliers
