Client Success Manager

We don't just move products, we build lasting partnerships. As the main point of contact for our clients, you'll ensure their sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing projects run smoothly from start to finish, bridging clients and our global operations team.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Own onboarding and project kickoff, setting clear expectations and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, flag issues, and proactively offer solutions
  • Maintain clear communication through email, Slack, Zoom, and the client portal
  • Deliver updates, reports, and insights clearly and professionally
  • Track client satisfaction and drive ongoing improvements

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading client calls
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to juggle multiple accounts
  • Understands product margins, lead times, and sourcing economics
  • Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
  • Remote-ready and responsive across time zones
