We're looking for someone who can open doors and spark conversations. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for new leads, qualifying potential clients and introducing them to how we help reduce costs, streamline sourcing, and scale smarter.
What you'll do
- Prospect U.S.-based businesses via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry platforms
- Qualify leads based on product type, sourcing needs, timelines, and readiness
- Book discovery calls for the executive team and keep the CRM updated
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaign optimization
- Track outreach metrics and improve messaging based on response
- Follow up with inbound inquiries, conference leads, and referrals
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation
- Confident communicator; comfortable cold calling and explaining value
- Genuinely curious and client-focused
- Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self-starter who thrives on metrics and results
- Eager to understand how global supply chains work
