B2B Business Development Representative

We're looking for someone who can open doors and spark conversations. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for new leads, qualifying potential clients and introducing them to how we help reduce costs, streamline sourcing, and scale smarter.

What you'll do

  • Prospect U.S.-based businesses via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry platforms
  • Qualify leads based on product type, sourcing needs, timelines, and readiness
  • Book discovery calls for the executive team and keep the CRM updated
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaign optimization
  • Track outreach metrics and improve messaging based on response
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries, conference leads, and referrals

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Confident communicator; comfortable cold calling and explaining value
  • Genuinely curious and client-focused
  • Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-starter who thrives on metrics and results
  • Eager to understand how global supply chains work
